Initial Impression: I did not think possible, but this film bored me to see busty Japanese.


Script and Development: Script? SCRIPT? I doubt that this film had a script. Two girls are going to the beach, and talk ... and get bikini ... and talk more, and one of a boy she likes, and talk ... and talk more ... and speaking? of rubbish. It nice to see, how well they're going to happen ... y eso es todo. Listo, las chicas tienen senos preciosos, pero nunca las vemos desnudas.

A mitad de la trama vemos una aleta de tiburón, pero era un sueño.

Algo hay en la película… algo sobre una cinta de video que esta viendo una de las chicas y que muestra que a otras tres chicas (tetonas también) que estuvieron en el mismo lugar antes que ellas las mataron. Pero es mostrado de manera confuso, a través de flashbacks y unas escenas de video (en que chicas en bikini hablan y hablan) que repiten una y otra vez.

Al final como que hay un asesino en serie y vemos a un tiburón. por menos de 9 segundos… y la película se acaba.

management and technical aspects: is clear that management is limited to show the breasts (covered by bikini) of girls, no more, the director has no idea or development pace and I'm sure there was no Writer ... regarding special effects, the shark looks like.

Synopsis: Two deserters crusaders are a people devastated by the plague. There, the church offered a deal to forgive their crimes in exchange for escorting the alleged witch to blame for the plague to the abbey where she would be judged.


Initial Impression: Better than I expected, but still a very film cheesy and forgettable, but excellent for a Sunday afternoon when you have nothing to do.


Script and Development: The film begins strongly, with the trial of three alleged witches in that they are hung, and then scenes of the battles of the Crusades in which we see Nicholas Cage and Ron Perlman Muslims kick ass.
After one of these unusual revelations of character "What we're doing is wrong" real film begins, a mixture of Road Movie film era (you know of any time) that works pretty well, but is not nothing special.
A group of travelers with different personalities who are in conflict due to the handling of the alleged witch ... and there we have a problem. From the first scene is more than clear that there are supernatural forces at play, which clears there can be any mystery about whether the girl is a witch or not.

While here the film is simple and a bit awkward, to be seen, but the best is yet to come. In the third act, all hell breaks loose, quite literally, and we have knights facing demons, zombies owned and those fun things that almost make this film worthwhile for an evening of theater.


Technical Aspects: I was surprised how well made this this movie. The battles of the Crusaders at the beginning look huge and epic, the scenes are beautiful, the sets and clothes look very consistent to the time (I think) and the makeup of those affected the plague truly impressive. Pity

can not say the same of the CGI effects that are not bad really, just that it shows much that is CGI. The final creature would have been much better if it had been a suit.


Actions: As always, in every role he does Nicholas Cage's hair deserves an Oscar, but will be ignored, as usual. Initial Impression: Wonderful movie and very faithful to the book, which I think has written the best Stephen King.


Script and Development: I've always thought Stephen King, being the great writer who is (and one of my favorites), can not write the third act ... almost always, a book that has me completely caught end up losing entirely near the end for one reason or another ... but not Misery, the whole book is absolutely perfect and perfectly finished. But we are not here to talk about the (fantastic) book, but the film, which manages, incredibly, be as good and become the best King adaptation to date.

all in the relationship between Paul and Annie. From the first moments between them in which there is an immense warmth and devotion to fear and hate in moments of torture and confrontation. See how they evolve both, even though almost from the beginning to have visions of Annie is a little crazy (just no more, lol), is what makes this film so intriguing and leads us by the wonderful scenes of suspense, which in really make us suffer!

Initial Impression: Intriguing, very intriguing. Wanting to know what happens in this place makes you stand how boring it many times.


Script and Development: Ah! My old friend the amnesia! Whenever you want cheaply intrigue your audience, give your protagonist amnesia, is easy and fast and so viewers discover with amazement as things as the character. It's a bad application, but works well, especially when you have a plot so intriguing and mysterious as this movie (workers missing in the roots of a tree around which seems to turn all mutants, concealing a secret soldiers, a surface on which we know nothing ...). But he has a problem, the main character has no charisma, nor have any of the characters that are in their way which makes it rather boring way to his side, just getting interesting at the time when begins to unravel the mystery.

Initial Impression: More focused on the psychology of the protagonist in the brutal scenes of torture, is an interesting film to reflect.


Script and Development: Those who see this film expecting brutal torture scenes in the style of the series will Hostel both pleased and disappointed. It is true that this film has some scenes quite heavy in terms of physical torture, but not focused on them and are rather sequences that serve to advance the plot toward the topic of interest: psychology of revenge.
